Group Training Classes

Sonya offers group training classes in a clean and welcoming 950 square foot gym at the Niagara Osteopathy location. This facility is fully equipped with free weights, barbells, and other various strength training equipment for all levels of fitness. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable, making it an ideal setting to join in on one of Sonya's group classes. Additionally, free parking is available for those interested in attending. Beginner Strength Class

The beginner strength class is perfect for anyone looking to build a strong foundation of strength and fitness. Each class will focus on developing coordination and control through proper form and technique for fundamental exercises such as the squat, bench press, deadlift, overhead press and more. You’ll also learn how to warm-up properly, cool down effectively, and design a workout plan that fits your specific goals. With weekly progress checks and individualized accountability, you’ll gain the confidence to set and achieve your desired results. By the end of this program, you will have an understanding of proper exercise technique, an appreciation for gradual progression in strength training, and an effective workout plan that you can keep up with long-term.
