1 Hour Initial Assessment
New clients/for individuals whose last appointment was 1 year ago.
Service Description
An osteopathic manual therapy initial assessment typically lasts one hour, involving a history intake, physical assessment, and treatment if time permitted. Please come dressed or bring a change of light clothing, preferably shorts/tee-shirt. **Please Note: a deposit of $75.00 will be required to hold your appointment. Once booked, we will contact you with further details. **
Cancellation Policy
To better serve our clients we require at least 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours or you completely miss your appointment without cancelling, you may be charged the full amount of the session, or if you have a gift certificate, it may be used as payment. Reason: If we have enough notice we may be able to fill your time slot with another client. As a courtesy, we will try to email or text message you to remind you of your appointment, if you have provided that contact information. However, we are not responsible if these automated reminders are unsuccessful.
