Virtual Osteopathic Follow Up
Service Description
*For osteopathic clients who have completed their initial visit but may be immunosuppressed, vulnerable, symptomatic or uncomfortable with in person appointments at this time.* Also suitable for those who are out of town and/or those who require more of an exercise rehabilitation focus rather than manual therapy.
Cancellation Policy
To better serve our clients we require at least 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours or you completely miss your appointment without cancelling, you may be charged the full amount of the session, or if you have a gift certificate, it may be used as payment. Reason: If we have enough notice we may be able to fill your time slot with another client. As a courtesy, we will try to email or text message you to remind you of your appointment, if you have provided that contact information. However, we are not responsible if these automated reminders are unsuccessful.
